Saurin is an accomplished global leader with over 18 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare, pharmaceuticals, MedTech, and digital innovation, having held senior roles at global powerhouses like Johnson & Johnson, Daiichi Sankyo, Smith & Nephew, Pharmanovia and Mundipharma. His unique blend of strategy, product innovation, regulatory acumen, and delivery execution across Europe, the UK, India, LATAM, and the Middle East positions him as a vital force in enabling organizations to successfully establish and scale Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India.
Having led multi-geography digital health and SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) portfolios, Saurin deeply understands the operational complexities and regulatory sensitivities of setting up offshore capabilities. He has firsthand experience in building cross-functional teams, driving value-based care models, managing compliance across global regulatory frameworks, and integrating Indian talent with global delivery ecosystems, making him uniquely qualified to advise and co-create GCCs that are not just cost-effective, but innovation-driven and globally compliant. His capabilities are instrumental in helping clients de-risk their GCC investments, while achieving scalability, clinical compliance, and digital transformation.
